In 1905 WI State census widow Harriet (Chittenden) Loomis was living with Frank and daughter Ann Hackett at North Freedom. I'm looking for Harriet's exact MM/DD/YYYY of death or her death certificate and an obituary. She reportedly died in 1906 at North Freedom and is buried with husband Jerome Loomis. Having trouble finding any WI records on this event.
